Next Working Day Delivery is available on most orders placed before 11am noon. Size and weight restrictions may delay delivery subjecting you to longer delivery times. Please contact us for more information.

 

Delivery Terms

Please Note Standard delivery takes place between 7am and 7pm on your preferred day. If you do not contact us with a preferred day we will usually dispatch the item for next day delivery.

The vast majority of our deliveries arrive on the arranged date. But unfortunately we cannot 100% guarantee that your delivery will arrive on your preferred day. If you have a specific fitting date in mind, please arrange your delivery a few days before this date to allow for any delays with your order. Tracking details are available once your item has been dispatched.

We use a courier for standard delivery. The courier's service is for delivery to the nearest accessible kerb side next to your property. The delivery is a one man service. It is at the drivers discretion if they will carry the item(s) any further than the kerb side. Most drivers are happy to help you with the items, but we cannot guarantee this. Assistance may be required to unload larger items.

It is unlikely for your item to get damaged, but please check it is free from damage before signing for it. If your item arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery with the courier and contact us on 0800 0599 247. We will then be able to arrange a replacement for you. If you notice damage after you have accepted delivery, please contact us again to let us know and we will then look at replacing it for you. In order for us to do this we would need the damaged item to be well packaged, as the courier will not pick up your item if it is not suitably packaged for return to us.

The delivery driver may require help in taking large and heavy items off of the delivery van. The driver is not insured to go into your property, but they may be able to help in bringing the items to the main door of your building. Given that this is a kerb side delivery service, the driver is unable to take any items up stairs. Although we aim to get your item to you on your preferred day, all of the delivery information that we provide is in good faith of our couriers. Problems can occur and we ask that you allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

We do advise that you arrange your delivery a few working days before any installation is planned or any fitter is booked. This means if there are any slight delays or problems you will not have to re-arrange your fitter.
