Status - Despatch operating as normal delivery up to 5 working days from despatch

Due to the extremely high number of enquiries we are receiving and our call centre operating from home we have taken the decision to close our phone lines to enable us to effectively service our customers during this unprecedented time. We would therefore ask that you message us with any questions you have and we will reply to you as quickly as we are able to.

We are working through messages from oldest to newest. Please do not email more than once before receiving a response from us as this will reset your position in our response queue and may delay our response. We expect most customers to receive a response to their enquiry within 24 hours but please allow 48 hours during busy periods.

We are seeing delays in orders arriving by courier due to the extremely high volumes being processed currently whilst many physical stores are closed. We are therefore advising customers that whilst we will dispatch their order within 2 working days of it being placed you should allow up to 5 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive.

Tracking Information

For your order will be emailed once we dispatch your order which should be within 2 working days of the order being placed. You should receive an email by 8pm with the subject: "Your Flooring Order Is Due For Delivery".

Delivery Time Slots

Unfortunately due to courier delays we are currently unable to confirm the specific day of delivery when your order is sent. We would instead encourage you to check the tracking link in the email mentioned above daily as the status will update to "Out For Delivery" on the day the order is loaded to a delivery vehicle. We would discourage customers from emailing asking for a specific day as we will only be able to direct you back to the tracking link you already have.

Part Delivery

In many cases we are seeing couriers deliver orders in more than one part over a period of several days, if you have received only part of your order please do not worry as it is highly likely the remaining items will arrive in the coming days. If you don't have your order and more than 5 working days have passed since the order was dispatched please feel free to contact our Customer Service team who will do their best provide you with an update.

Delayed Delivery

We are expecting the majority of orders to be delivered within 5 working days of dispatch. If you have not received your order after this period we can look to chase up the courier and try to provide an update. We would strongly discourage customers contacting us prior to the 5 working days having passed from dispatch as we will only be able to direct you back to the tracking information provided.

Leaving Items

If you are not available to accept delivery please leave a signed and dated note on your door with details on where you would like your items left.

Drivers Calling Ahead

We pass your contact details given to us during checkout onto the courier. But we cannot guarantee that the driver will call ahead. In many cases courier drivers do not have company phones so will not call ahead. With this in mind if there is a chance you will not be home to accept delivery we would strongly recommend leaving a signed and dated note with instructions on where the order can be left as per the above point.

Ordering Samples

You can place an order for free samples via the product page. You can order up to 6 samples at once. Due to customer service working from home we can only process samples ordered through our website currently.

Delivery Time of Samples

In most cases samples should arrive within 2-3 working days of order. In some areas there maybe some COVID-19 related delays so please allow up to a week for your samples to arrive. If they have not arrived within a week of your request please re-request through the website.

I've not received all of my samples

Due to the high volume of requests and lead time for processing we currently have we are dispatching what is available rather than holding the order back until all samples requested are available to send. If you are missing samples from your pack that you still want to see please re-request these through the website.

Some items are currently not available to purchase due to supply issues relating to manufacturer shutdowns because of COVID-19.

As soon as we have the items back in stock they will be available to purchase again. Unfortunately we cannot give any specific time scales on when items will be back in stock.

We have extended our returns timescale on all orders until well after the lockdown period is over. We are currently unable to arrange the return of items for you due to staff shortages relating to COVID-19.
